Terms of Service

By using memoirbox.app (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.

Memoirbox is a SaaS platform for events such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events, where guests can share photos/videos and organizers can moderate and collect them into a single gallery.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for the security of your account (login link/password).

Paid plans are charged through our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all sales — meaning Paddle handles invoicing and applicable taxes. Current prices are shown on the site.

Refund terms are set out separately in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Photos/videos uploaded to your event first go through an automated AI pre-check and, where needed, organizer approval. We reserve the right to reject or remove content that is inappropriate, unlawful, or infringes a third party's rights. The person who uploads content is solely responsible for it.

The platform itself (software, design, brand) belongs to Memoirbox. Copyright in the photos/videos you or your guests upload remains with the uploader; we use that content only to provide the service (storage, gallery display, generating a downloadable archive).

Once your plan's retention period ends, your media is permanently deleted; we recommend downloading it before then.

The Service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
