Distance Sales Agreement

BUYER: the person who places an order on memoirbox.app, identified by the name and email registered on their account.

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the digital event package purchased electronically by the BUYER on memoirbox.app, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The product is the Memoirbox event package selected at checkout (photo/video sharing gallery, storage allowance, retention period and included features). The package name, features, retention period, storage quota and total price including taxes are shown to the BUYER before payment on the order screen and the pricing section. By confirming the order the BUYER acknowledges having read this information.

Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Troy credit/debit cards through the licensed payment institution iyzico. Card details are never seen or stored by Memoirbox. The order is not processed until payment succeeds.

The product is a digital service; there is no physical delivery or shipping. Once payment is confirmed the package is activated immediately for the relevant event in the BUYER's account. No delivery fee is charged.

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form. Because the product is performed immediately after payment confirmation, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.

Nevertheless, Memoirbox voluntarily offers a refund under the conditions in the Delivery & Refund Policy (within 14 days of purchase, if the service has not actually been used).

Send refund requests to support@memoirbox.app with the event name and order number. Approved refunds are returned to the card used for payment via the payment institution; timing may vary by bank.

The BUYER is responsible for the accuracy of account details and account security, and must not use the platform in breach of the law or the Terms of Use. The person who uploads content is responsible for its lawfulness.

The BUYER's personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy, in line with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

For disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence or where the contract was made are competent, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.

The BUYER declares at checkout that they have read and accepted this agreement and received the pre-contractual information electronically. The agreement takes effect when the order is confirmed and payment is completed.
